If you have an old computer with a working copy of Windows XP check out this forum for a fairly quick suggestion on how to get Draw 5 working on your 64-bit version of windows. This tip will only work for Draw 5. Draw 6 has a different process to get Draw 6 working check out some of the links from the other videos on this channel there is a service specifically for getting this program working, If you check the earlier videos you will notice that there is less fiddling and program works as it should. This support is also likely to work with draw 5, you can ask if you are not sure.

The sidebands are very obvious, and are being affected by QSB. Digipan user manual free.

I have alot of important projects that were created with and old Micrografx Draw 6 program. It ran fine in XP (2006) machine. The software will not install in Windows 7 Home premium in any of the compatiblity modes. The message says 'The version of this file is not compatible with the version of windows you are running.

Check your computer's systems information to see whether you need an x86 (32 bit) or x64 (64 bit) version of the program and then contact the software publisher. The software publisher is out of business. If I upgrade to Windows 7 Professional will I be able to install and use this software? If not do you know of any other software that could open and work or just print my saved files? They have a (.drw) extention.

Unless you want to be in a dual-boot situation, you can not not install XP. Installing it is very different from the compatibility mode. Will the software now load and run, since it ran in my old computer that was running strictly XP sp3 (32 bit)? I have a brand new computer and it is 64bit. Is the 64 bit still going to be a problem No. or will the XP compatibility mode in professional act like 32 bit? Yes, it's 32-bit.

Micrografx Draw 6 Replacement

I got this software originally when Windows 98 was out. I do not wish to spend the extra money if the software will not run. I can't promise you that it will run, but I don't see any reason why it shouldn't run in XP compatibility mode, if it runs under XP.
